• Easy Access: Daily direct flights from Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, with complimentary island shuttle services available during your stay.
• Restaurant Dining Options: With award-winning restaurants, inviting bars, and casual dining options there are plenty of ways to celebrate your special occasion.
• Kids Stay & Eat Free: Children 12 years and under enjoy free meals from the kids' menu at select restaurants when dining with a parent (terms and conditions apply).

Private Venue Celebrations

Private function spaces are available for private celebration bookings taking place within three months of your event date, subject to availability.
 
Private celebrations require a minimum 30 guests and setup fees of $37 per person apply (includes venue hire, basic event lighting, background music & microphone) on top of catering selections.

Private / Semi-Private Restaurant Celebrations

If your celebration is more than three months away, we recommend reserving a semi-private area or exclusive restaurant hire at one of Hamilton Island's restaurants.

Private Boat Charter Celebrations

Many of the luxury vessels on Hamilton Island can also offer private dining opportunities, such as seafood BBQ lunches, sunset charters, and exclusive dinner experiences with a private chef, whilst sailing around the Whitsundays such as M.Y. Rascal or Alani. Or for larger groups, you could book the BBQ dinner cruise on board Ocean Explorer exclusively.
