74 Islands Distillery emerges in our HI Tastemakers series as a true expression of place - a distillery shaped by the Whitsundays themselves. Every drop begins as rainwater harvested at Elementa Whitsundays, the home of the brand, where the rainfall across the iconic 74 islands becomes the quiet heart of each spirit. Exceptionally pure and naturally soft, this rainwater gives their gin and vodka a distinctive silky backbone that lifts botanicals with remarkable clarity. Powered by the tropical sun and crafted with intention, 74 Islands Distillery bottles a flavour profile that reads unmistakably of the Whitsundays - clean, bright, and deeply connected to the environment that inspires it.
