Staff accommodation: Accommodation guide

The Staff Accommodation Team manage and allocate a wide range of staff accommodation facilities (including the staff gym and pool). All staff may be required to share a room with another employee, unless you have been given individual/single accommodation as part of your employment contract (e.g. Senior Department Managers). 

Rent will be deducted on a weekly/fortnightly basis depending on your pay structure – weekly rent ranges in price dependent on your position. Your rent is deducted from your pay pre-tax which is great for reducing your taxable income.

Accommodation allocation is also based on your position, you are unable to choose the accommodation type if it is outside your position allocation. 

Once your accommodation is allocated, prior to your arrival you’ll be contacted to let you know exactly where you’re going and how much it’s going to cost.
