Whether you arrive by plane or ferry, our Learning & Development team will be there to greet you. 

  • By Plane: Our team will be waiting for you in the luggage collection area—just look for the New Employees Welcome sign. 
  • By Ferry: Our team will be waiting at the top of the ferry terminal with a New Employees welcome sign. 

Our Learning & Development team will provide a brief tour of key locations, including the Staff Accommodation Office, Rainforest Café, IGA and island highlights. You’ll then be taken to your staff accommodation. 

Need help with paperwork (bank account, tax, super, online training) our team are happy to assist!
