At the heart of The Sundays, Catseye Pool Club restaurant and bar is a place for island-style dining, done right. Overlooking the Coral Sea, guests can sip and swim between courses, let breakfast, lunch, and dinner blur into one, and soak in uninterrupted views of powdery sands, swaying palms, and golden sunrises.

Acclaimed culinary duo Josh and Julie Niland bring their signature vision to this tropical setting, creating menus that showcase Australia’s best ingredients at their peak. Designed to be shared, each plate captures the essence of relaxed, island-style dining.

Whether it’s a poolside snack or a long leisurely lunch dining at The Sundays is a chance to truly savour every moment.
