Explore the core range of Red Mill Rums, including: Red Mill Classic Rum, Red Mill Spiced Rum and Red Mill Coconut Rum. Red Mill's expert team will guide you through each rum, sharing their story and the craft behind each flavour.
14 April I 4.00pm - 6.00pm I Rum Cocktail Special at The Palms
Make your way to Hamilton Island’s new alfresco bar and dining space – The Palms – for a relaxed rum bar experience with a specially curated Red Mill Rum cocktail menu. Sip on expertly crafted cocktails, enjoy live acoustic entertainment, and unwind by the Marina.
16 April I 12.00pm - 5.00pm I Poolside Rum Tasting and Cocktail Specials
Savour the flavours of Red Mill Rum poolside, with tastings and rum cocktails available throughout the afternoon at our Main Pool. Kick back and relax while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the heart of the Resort.
16 April I 5.00pm to late I Reef Lounge Rum Tasting and Cocktail Specials
