Half Day Share Charters:
Share Charter on “The Pirate”: $335 per person minimum age 6yrs  (maximum 8 passengers)

Half Day Private Charters:
Private Charter on "Pirate": $2,500 (maximum 8 passengers) 

3/4 Day Private Charters:
Private Charter on "Moonshine": $4,450 (maximum 8 passengers) 

Full Day Private Charters:
Private Charter on "Moonshine": $5,150 (maximum 8 passengers)

Water bottles, bait & tackle (Shimano rods & reels).
Catering is also included on 3/4 and Full Day Charters. The 6-hour charter includes a morning tea platter (variety of fruit and biscuits), and the 8-hour charter includes a morning tea platter (variety of fruit and biscuits) and also the afternoon platter (antipasto platter).

The crew will prepare your fish to take back to your accommodation, or for a small fee, selected local restaurants will cook the fish to your liking.

"The Pirate" (34 Pirate) and "Moonshine" (40 Black Watch). Both game boats are Australian custom build sports fishers specifially designed for game fishing to put you on the frontline of trophy fish. The Whitsundays Islands and The Great Barrier Reef sets the scene for one of the world’s most incredible sports/ reef fishing experiences

On your half day charter you will fish around the scenic Whitsunday Islands and reefs targeting Coral Trout, Nannygai, local Snapper, Sweetlip and Cod.
 
Travelling to more remote grounds, full day charters fish the outer Whitsunday Islands and inner and outer reefs (weather depending). A larger variety of fish in higher volumes are targeted including Red Emperor, Coral Trout, Red Throat Emperor, Nannygai Cobia, various Trevally species, Tuna, Spanish Mackerel, Black Marlin and much more.
 
Trolling and bottom reef fishing are included with all private charters and if fish closures seasons allow. Pelagic fish targeted when trolling include Spanish Mackerel, Spotted Mackerel,  Longtail Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, Black Marlin and Sailfish.
 
Whales are often sited during June to September.

Topnotch Game Fishing are located in the Hamilton Island Marina Village at B Arm, opposite The Hut/Pharmacy.

Terms And Conditions:
Bookings are confirmed with either a deposit or full payment of the charter. All funds must be cleared before the departure date. All charters are subject to the weather on the day, and the captain reserves the right to cancel charters due to unsafe weather or unforeseen breakdowns. In this case, we offer alternative dates, if available, to reschedule the booking or a full refund. No refunds are provided for seasickness, and all prices are in AUD. The minimum age is 6, and shared charters are subject to a minimum number of tickets required for the boats to operate. “The Pirate” requires a minimum of 6 tickets sold and “Moonshine”, when filling in for “The Pirate” shared charters, requires a minimum of 8 tickets sold. Any fishing rods, reels or equipment lost or damaged due to customer negligence must be paid for before leaving the boat.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the departure time = a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the departure time result in forfeiture of 100% of the charter price.

Guest Amendments Policy:
Guest amendment requests received more than 48 hours before the booking's departure time are eligible for rescheduling.
 
Fuel Levy Policy:
In the event of significant increases in fuel costs or supply shortages, Topnotch Game Fishing reserves the right to apply a fuel surcharge to confirmed bookings. Any applicable levy will be advised prior to departure and must be paid before the charter commences.
