OARS is an online hotel reservation system provided by Hamilton Island exclusively for travel agents.
It is designed to allow travel agents to sell and arrange Hamilton Island hotels and various packages at instant confirmation and nett rates.

  • Significant efficiency gains: From availability checks to confirmation and payment, everything is completed online.
  • Instant confirmation, 24/7/365: If rooms are available, reservations are confirmed in real time.
  • Nett rate display: All rates shown are nett rates exclusive to travel agents (after commission).
  • All 3-night packages available: Major 3-night Hamilton Island packages can be booked directly via OARS.
  • Exclusive agent-only rates and packages: Special rates and packages not available to the general public.
  • 100% deposit at time of booking: The full accommodation cost is charged immediately upon booking.
  • Unchanged cancellation policies: Cancellation terms remain the same as existing package or rate rules.

OARS Booking Workflow

【1. Register｜Create Account】

  1. Access the OARS reservation site for travel agents
  2. Click “Create Account”
  3. Enter the following:
    • Email address
    • Registration code (provided in advance)
  4. Agree to the terms and conditions and click Submit
  5. Enter required company and agent details
  6. Click Submit to complete registration

Once registered, your login credentials will become active.

Log In

  • Log in using your registered email address and password

Search

  • Enter the following and click Search:
    1. Stay dates
    2. Hotel
    3. Number of rooms
    4. Number of guests
  • Only results marked with “BOOK NOW” are available for instant confirmation.

Check Availability and Room Types

  • Rates and conditions are displayed by room type

Use Filters

  • Click “Show Filters” to refine results by:
    • Bed type
    • Rate type
    • Room type, etc.
  • “Show All Rate Options”
    • Displays all available rates and packages
    • Highly recommended to check before booking

After selecting conditions, click Apply.

Finalising the Booking

  1. Select the desired room or package → Book Now
  2. Enter guest details
    • Email Address: Enter the travel agent’s email address only
  3. Enter payment details
    • Use the travel agent’s payment information​
  4. Confirm 100% immediate charge
  5. Review guarantee conditions and cancellation policy
  6. Check the Acknowledgement box
  7. Click Complete Booking

Booking complete

  • A confirmation email and invoice will be sent automatically
  • Please review all details carefully

Notes & Important Points

SAVER RATE

→ Approximately 10% cheaper than the standard NIGHTLY RATE
(20% of the accommodation cost is non-refundable if cancelled)

Eastern Packages

→ Can be booked up to 5 days prior to arrival

Amendments & Cancellations

Please do not make changes or cancellations via OARS.
